• Chemical Resistance: Durcon epoxy countertops strong performance is due to its monolithic, non-porous composition that does not allow corrosive chemicals to seep in and cause delamination, swelling or spalling. • Durability: The dense, heavy weight of Durcon Epoxy worksurfaces and sinks exemplifies the product’s quality and longevity. A high density also equips the material for assisting in vibration damping – an important function for sensitive lab equipment. There are many vital factors to consider when evaluating a material’s physical properties such as water absorption and resilience against scratching, marring and impacts .Durcon Epoxy products are durable and will not wear down due to exposure to physical demands or corrosive chemicals.

• Light Reflectance Value: A material’s Light Reflectance Value, or LRV, indicates the amount of visible light reflected by the surface, as recorded by a spectrometer. When illuminated, different colors of epoxy worksurface material reflect or absorb uniquely specific quantities of light. High-reflective LRV colors can potentially reduce the amount of direct overhead lighting required, in turn lowering energy consumption and contributing to LEED points. Lower LRV colors may be more beneficial in labs requiring low glare that involve optics-related evaluation. 4. DURCON GREENSTONE OCTAGON WORKSTATIONS

Durcon provides lab planners with innovative, sustainable solutions. The Greenstone Marine Edge Octagon work surfaces are specially designed for:

This environmentally friendly epoxy resin surface contains 10% post-consumer recycled glass, contributing to LEED certification scores.

5. DURCON TRIFACIA WORKSTATION

TrifaciaTop Work Stations provide convenient service access for up to three reconfigurable student tables. These epoxy tops come with an integral raised marine edge for spill containment and are ideal for collaborative classroom setups.

DrainTops are redesigned for use with Classic and Classic MarineTops. They serve as end-run or in-line worksurfaces offering superior liquid control in sink areas.

  • Ideal for island ends, peninsulas, or wall runs

Usually all epoxy tops are shipped in 5-7 weeks after drawings approval & depending on the project size.

Fast delivery options for epoxy tops are available. We can ship out tops of standard sizes from factory in less than 3 weeks after drawings approval, depending on the product selected. Fume Hood epoxy countertops of standard sizes can also be delivered as a fast delivery option.
