Stainless Steel Countertops Construction

Material Options: Countertop and backsplash made from 16 G stainless steel 304 or 316 depending on lab applications.

Fabrication includes 4” integrated backsplash (custom heights available), stainless steel or galvanized hat channels, and mechanical joints. All seams are welded, ground, and polished to a #4 finish.

  • SS (304) or SS (316) countertop with stainless steel hat channels
  • SS (304) or SS (316) countertop with plywood substrate
Edge Options

Standard box edge is provided with all tops. Marine edge is provided at sink units.

Users can select from standard sink sizes or request custom sink sizes integrated into the stainless steel tops.
